Dear Fellow Coffee Lovers,

My name is Skyler Joy & my love for coffee all began over a decade ago when I got my first job at a coffee shop. Although I always aspired to be a TV/Film Actress growing up on a small island in Alaska only really gave me the opportunity to explore my love for being a barista.

After working in a handful of cafes on the side I left Alaska to pursue my acting career. I was so fortunate to be able to be a part of some amazing productions. However, after falling in love with a fellow actor in Los Angeles I needed to put acting on the side and focus on the baby I was now growing.

My now Husband Liam and I decided while I was taking a break from acting we would explore another dream I had - TO OPEN A COFFEE TRUCK. BOOM! We both fell in love with the coffee truck we now have and decided to leave California to be closer to our family in St Augustine, FL.

Liam and I feel so passionate about not only the coffee aspect of our business but also the wonderful community & connections we’ve made. From our vintage white coffee truck to opening our coffee cart, to roasting our own beans.. we look forward to our future in the coffee business.
